Estimated ship window

Ascendra One is a pre-order for hardware that is still being brought to production. We are telling you the window we currently believe we can hit, based on where the alpha build is today. If that changes, the section below describes exactly what we will do about it.

If the ship window moves

Hardware schedules slip. If we are not going to ship within the window stated above, we will:

• Email every affected pre-order customer with the revised window as soon as we know it
• Give you the option to cancel for a full refund of everything you have paid, with no deadline and no conditions
• Continue to hold your place in the queue at the price you locked in, if you choose to stay

You never have to chase us for this. A delay notice always comes with a cancel-and-refund option attached.

How payment works

• $99 deposit is charged today when you pre-order. It reserves your unit and your place in the first manufactured run.
• $350 balance is collected before your unit ships, not today. We will email you to collect it once your unit is ready to go out.
• $449 total. That is the whole price of the product.

Shipping costs and taxes

Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout, before you confirm payment, and are shown to you on the Stripe payment page. Nothing is added after you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country on delivery are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.

Where we ship

We currently accept pre-orders shipping to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not able to take your pre-order yet.

Cancelling

Your deposit is fully refundable at any point before your unit ships, for any reason. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to request one.
