Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Astherion purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

Beta Program Returns

Beta Products ($399 Investment)

Beta program participation is a non-refundable investment with the following exceptions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Core Functionality Failure: All sensors completely non-operational
  • DPU Failure: Processing unit fails to power on or connect to app after troubleshooting
  • Manufacturing Defect: Severe garment defects that make the product unwearable

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Cosmetic issues (minor stitching, color variations)
  • Software bugs or app issues (these will be fixed via updates)
  • Individual sensor malfunction (if 1-2 sensors fail but others work)
  • Sizing issues (beta participants are provided sizing guidance in advance)
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with beta process
  • Feature incompleteness (beta products are not final)

Beta Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Production Products (2027+)

Standard Return Policy

Production products (launching Q2 2027+) are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be unworn or gently worn (no heavy use)
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories included
  • Processing unit (DPU) must be factory reset
  • Garment must be clean and odor-free
  • No damage beyond normal try-on wear

Return Process

  1. Email returns@astherion.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Package the item securely with all original contents
  4. Drop off at any shipping location
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for production products within 60 days. The exchange process is:

  1. Contact us to initiate exchange
  2. We ship the new size immediately
  3. Return the original within 14 days

Defective Product Exchanges

Defective products are replaced immediately at no cost. See our Warranty Policy for details.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective products)
  • Return shipping is free for production products, at customer expense for beta returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions (may have different terms)
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or accident
  • Products with missing serial numbers or evidence of tampering

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating an international return.
